Crazy to think I paid $90 for this yesterday! Don’t get me wrong the color and design looks good but the work its self is bad. I wish they would have just told me it’s too late instead of doing this rushed job. The nails are uneven and some of my natural nail shows on the corners the builder wasn’t placed properly at all making it look like I got these done at least a week ago but I literally got them done last night.I also got a gel pedicure which total was $133. I waited about 45min for my hands but I really wish they would have just said they can’t fit me in because of the time. Darling nails next time just say you can’t instead of rushing the job.

I stopped going to Darling Nails & Spa because of experiences like this. During graduation season, my child wanted glitter nail polish for a special occasion. When the polish smudged, instead of removing it or letting us choose another color, the staff simply painted over the smudge. When we asked to change the polish, we were met with attitude rather than understanding or a solution. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and kindly repainted the toenail to help fix the issue. Customer service and compassion matter, especially when dealing with children. Unfortunately, this experience confirmed why I no longer return. I recommend spending your money at a salon that values both quality service and customer care.

Had such a great experience at this new salon! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming and professional. They recommended I try the “structure” treatment, and even though it took about an hour and a half, it was totally worth it. You can really tell the team knows exactly what they’re doing—very skilled and attentive. Loved the French-style look they created for me; it turned out super elegant and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for quality and style!

Came in as a walk in and they sat me down immediately. I got acrylic full set with cat eye polish. $60. Plus tip. It’s a cash only location. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time and I’m glad I came here. Billy did a great job. I’ll be back for my fills.

Set done by Billy. I am very much a type A perfectionist, and I find him to be overall patient, even when I don’t like something. There’s a little left to be desired in terms of customer service, however, staff is NOT pushovers and I respect that. In terms of skill, well the picture speaks for itself, beautiful. Talented for sure. I got my girls traveling to get their nails done here and each one of them have had a great experience.
